Our Chef and Staff

Chef Rosario and wife Debbie have been serving the Hot Springs community for 40+ years.  Chef Rosario went to work in 1969 for his Uncle at the famous Coy's Steak House and watching his uncle on the meat block, he knew that  he wanted to be a restaurnteur.   After leaving Coy's, he went to the Arlington Hotel where he learned fine dining and table side preparation from Horst Fisher, a legend in the food & beverage industry. After the Arlington, he went to work at 

Don's Seafood and learned the art of Cajun cooking and how to open new restaurants, including Willy G's, Jimmy G's , Papa Joe's Seafood Inn and Oyster Bar.  In 1989, Rosario returned to Hot Springs and met Debbie at the Hamilton House Restaurant.  Debbie started fine dining at the Capitol Club in 1974.  She returned to Hot Springs in 1979 and went to work at the Hamilton House where they became a couple.  They were married in 1991. Sharing a love for fine food and service, they decided to open their first restaurant in 1993, Rosario's Ristorante in the Downtown Hot Springs Historic District.

We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers' markets.
